Payment Options

On the site, we accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and bank cards. Each transaction is secure as you are automatically brought to the PayPal site, which carries the highest security Verisign SSL available. A PayPal account is not required to make a purchase with a credit card. Proceed to the PayPal welcome screen, as if you are going to use PayPal, where you will be given the option of paying by Credit Card or using Pay Pal.

Check and Cash Policy

Any orders received by which are paid by check will be shipped after the check is deposited and cleared. Cash orders will be shipped when orders are received if product is in stock.

Shipping and Handling Policy

Orders are shipped the following business day, providing that the item is in stock. Shipping and handling charges are a flat rate, per order. All shipping is done with United States Postal Service Priority Mail standard delivery. For the continental U.S., shipping charges are $ 10.00 per shipment. For Canadian customers, shipping charges are $ 18.50 (USD) per shipment. Please contact us for other types of shipping. Additional charges will apply based on your request. Import duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, you can return it for a prompt refund or exchange. Returns will only be accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase. Refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The shipping charges are not refundable. Please package the item(s) carefully with a copy of the receipt, and include a short description for the reason for return, and the course of action you would like us to take, being an exchange or refund. C.O.D.'s are not accepted. Custom produced orders and design charges are not refundable. Bulk dealer, wholesale, and special orders are not refundable or returnable.

Are These Products Native, or, American Indian Made?

No. 

In compliance with the Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990, we state that these products are not produced, or marketed by Native, or American Indians. We are not affiliated with any tribe or any federally recognized Native American organization. The name of the business and site is used solely in the description of the style of product, and in no way is meant to suggest that these products are made by Native, or, American Indians.
